After hearing what I thought was water leaking or dripping in my attic or wall during a recent rain storm, I called the office at Westshore to see if they could check my new roof.

Joe came out to my house the same day. After inspection, he found that the gutters downspout was partially clogged (the dripping sound) and that a tree branch was knocking on the side of the roof and gutter. He cleaned the gutter and cut back the branch for me at not charge.

I did a lot of research before getting my old cemwood roof replaced with Certainteed Landmark TL. included getting bids from five different contractors. Westshore Roofing was not the cheapest, but they were the most professional of the bunch and provided the most detailed quote. Steve is an excellent project manager and I always felt at ease discussing anything about the project with him. The roof installation crew led by Octavio were excellent. They communicated well, and patiently answered all the questions I had. Westshore also straightened out a part of my old roof that had sagged due to the weight of the old cemwood roof. They went above and beyond what they originally planned to do to fix the sag and did not charge a dollar more than the original estimate for the extra work. They cleaned up well after the work. I could not be happier with the work and highly recommend Westshore Roofing to anyone looking to get a quality roof installed at an affordable price.

We had our roof removed and replaced by Westhore Roofing a year ago and we were totally satisfied and happy with both their work, their price, and their sales person. The sales person was very patient with us and answered our many questions about green outgassing free products and provide samples of different products we could choose from. We took bids from three different companies and Westshore was the lowest bid price. They finished the job in four days (not including taking the weekend off). They cleaned up after each days work making sure no debris or nails on ground. The owner came by at the end of job and we walked on roof together to check everything was done right. We live where there is a lot of wind and rain and the new roof did fantastic during it's first rainy season. We are totally satisfied with their prompt excellent service and work. They completed our 2 houses in 3 days and did not leave any mess behind. Joe Lucero with whom I worked with is the service department manager. He was great and very knowledgeable. The roofers did a great job. I'm please with how efficient and timely they were. I would definitely recommend them.

Also, they did a roof tune up of the entire roof (replaced broken tiles, cleaned the gutter, and fixed some little things in the roof and gutter that may cause problems in the future. We asked 3 contractors to give us an estimate and how are they going to fix the problem. Based on their recommendations we decided to hire Joe at Westshore. He has the highest estimate among the three contractors but with more extensive description to fix the problem. He did what he said he would do and he also cleaned the gutter of our outdoor kitchen which was not included in our contract. Joe is easy to work with. I asked him so many questions while working on the roof and he's very patient in explaining to me what they did. My overall experience with Joe and his team is very good. It could have been perfect but they were not able to finish the project in 2 days as he promised. It took them a week but it's fine with me as long as they will do a great job which I think they did.

The reason that the price was $X instead of $X was because I went with the commercial grade vinyl roof as apposed to the residential. The cart was known as IB roofing which was supposed to be a whole lot better than the old ones that most people had. It came with a seven year warranty and I hope it would be the last roof I ever bought. So far, I have been very happy with it. I liked that the owner of the company came out several times to look at how things went. They solved some interesting problems on the roof that one would not necessarily have on other kinds of roofing. I liked the fact that they were able to solve problems that were not straight forward. It was hard for me to say anything on price as I don't know what price is should have been. I would recommend them to others.

We are very happy with our new roof and are completely satisfied with our selection of WESTSHORE ROOFING, INC! Considering that a new roof is a large investment that protects an even larger investment (your home), we felt that the most important factor was to find a professional company that would do the job right at a fair price. We started at Angie's List, which was very helpful in narrowing down our choices. We invited four "A" rated companies to provide estimates - one of which never showed up. We spent time with each company to get a feel for their professionalism, expertise and integrity, as well as the details on the specific steps and materials that they would use if selected. Westshore Roofing's project manager, Steve Pustelnik, promptly contacted us to arrange for a convenient date and time.He was very punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Steve took the time to explain everything in very simple terms. He also helped alleviate any concerns we had by explaining the process from start to finish, as well as options, key watchouts and steps we could take to verify reputable business standing for the the companies we were considering. When we received all three estimates, Westshore's was not only the most detailed, but it also demonstrated their commitment to the little details. For example, steps that would be taken each day before leaving, including magnetically sweeping the site to remove any left over nails and ensuring the house was watertight in the event of any rain before the next day's work (which in fact happened during out job and this extra step gave us peace of mind!). After we selected Westshore Roofing to be our choice of roofer, Steve met with us to review the different style and color options. He even took us around the neighborhood to show us examples, which gave us a much better idea of the final look versus just looking at a small sample piece of roofing laminate. Steve proactively kept in contact with us along the way to let up know the crew's schedules, progress and next steps. When the crew discovered some dry rot underneath the original roof (previously undetectable), Steve not only contacted us to let us know the extent of the rot, but he also made us aware of the possibility to submit a claim against the original roof's manufacturer and they took before and after pictures to help support any damage claims. With the new roof complete and the winter rains beginning to come more frequently, we are extremely happy with the results and our choice to have Westshore Roofing as our partner. I got Westshore from Angies List. Overall, the job went great. They were very responsive and responsible. They did what they were supposed to do quickly and professionally. I had a bit of difficulty with the gutters but when I showed it to them they said they would have someone fix it immediately. They said they would be here this week to do that. I have no reservations with dealing with them. They have a large number of crews available to do the job. Their sales and foreman coordinated very nicely. The communication was very smooth in person, by email and by phone. When we had a question they did respond very quickly.

Did an excellent job, would use them again and would recommend to others.
